Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Processing times may extend during high-volume periods, holidays, or unexpected delays.
Dormate reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or incorrect information is suspected.
All shipping methods and carriers are chosen at our discretion to ensure reliable delivery.
Delivery estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier conditions.
Dormate is not responsible for delays caused by:
Carrier issues
Weather or natural events
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Customs inspections (for international orders)
Any circumstances outside our control
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct at checkout.
Dormate does not refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the address.
Once your order has shipped and is marked as delivered by the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.
Dormate is not liable for:
Packages marked delivered but not received
Packages lost or delayed in transit
Packages stolen after delivery
Damage caused by carrier handling
For these issues, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Dormate will provide supporting documentation if needed but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Tracking information is provided when available.
Tracking updates may be delayed or inaccurate; this is normal and outside Dormate’s control.
Dormate is not responsible for tracking errors or carrier-side information delays.

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, VAT, and duties.
Dormate is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by customs or international regulations.
Customers must ensure the items ordered comply with their country’s import rules.
If a package is returned to Dormate due to:
Incorrect address
Failure to pick up from the carrier
Delivery refusal
Customs refusal (international orders)
Then:
A reshipping fee will be required to send it again.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If reshipment is declined, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs and a restocking fee (if applicable).
Customers must monitor tracking information.
If a delivery attempt is made and the customer fails to retrieve the package, Dormate is not responsible for any resulting loss.
If you believe an item is missing or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Photo/video evidence may be required to process a claim.
Dormate may update or modify this policy at any time. Updates become effective immediately once posted on our website.
